1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the jueteng platform — including the website at jueteng.vip, any associated mobile application, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. These terms apply to all users, including registered members and visitors who browse without an account.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Use of the jueteng platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippines regulations.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is legally permitted.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jueteng or any recognized gambling regulatory body.
- You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party when registering or placing bets.
jueteng reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds remaining may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may only hold one account on the jueteng platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jueteng will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. All account activity that occurs under your credentials before you report a security issue is your responsibility.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using jueteng, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any security or authentication features.
- Use the platform to launder money or engage in any fraudulent activity.
- Exploit bugs, errors, or unintended features of the platform for personal gain.
- Post, transmit, or share any abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any platform communication channel.
- Collude with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the jueteng platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. It is your responsibility to ensure that funds deposited are obtained from a legitimate source.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment method selected and may be subject to verification checks, including identity verification for first-time withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment channel.
jueteng does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered to you may be reversed and the account suspended. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are stated at the point of transaction and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled. Winning payouts are credited to your account balance after the relevant event or game round is officially settled.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jueteng provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the suitability of content for any particular purpose. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jueteng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, profits, or gambling losses. Gambling involves risk; you accept full responsibility for all bets placed and acknowledge that no outcome is guaranteed.
All content on the jueteng platform — including software, design, trademarks, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of jueteng or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
jueteng reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or failure to pass identity verification. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violations, account balances may be withheld.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding settled balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, provided all verification requirements are met.
jueteng may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
